NOC Engineers provide front line customer support by troubleshooting both voice and data circuits and delivering essential information to clients. NOC Engineers work closely with vendors, clients and internal MASS departments to expedite the repair of service effecting issues.
The PEC is responsible for supporting the efforts of the Project Engineering Team by running reports, interfacing with providers, and documenting communications.
Project Managers work closely with partners, clients, and vendors throughout the implementation process to ensure all timelines and expectations are being met.
Account Managers work to develop sustainable customer relationships by providing in depth customer service. Account Managers frequently and proactively contact customers to prevent and resolve issues pertaining to billing, service, and customer needs.
The DEC is responsible for supporting the Design Engineering, Sales, and Account Management teams by building and quoting customer solutions.
Business Development Manager
Business Development Managers are responsible for working with our Strategic Partners to help identify and close new business accounts and grow customer relationships. BDM's are also responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing new Strategic Partners to meet and exceed sales goals.
Design Engineers are responsible for the design of complex network designs and proposals. Design Engineers work closely with the Business Development Team and Strategic Partners to design custom solutions and support the pre-sales efforts.
