Available Positions

Network Operations Center (NOC)
NOC Engineers provide front line customer support by troubleshooting both voice and data circuits and delivering essential information to clients. NOC Engineers work closely with vendors, clients and internal MASS departments to expedite the repair of service effecting issues.
Project Engineer
The Project Engineer is responsible for the coordination and implementation of voice, data and network services as well as placing orders for customers needing new service, moves or additional circuits to support their network. This person will work closely with the carrier(s), customer(s), vendor(s) and all internal departments to ensure all aspects of implementation are coordinated, scheduled and ready on time.
Sales Director
The Sales Director is responsible for directing, managing and supporting the efforts of the Sales Team to ensure revenue growth, customer retention and market expansion.
Business Development Manager
Business Development Managers are responsible for working with our Strategic Partners to help identify and close new business accounts and grow customer relationships. BDM's are also responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing new Strategic Partners to meet and exceed sales goals.
Account Manager
The Account Manager provides high quality and responsive support to MASS customers to facilitate the adding, moving, and changing of services and overall retention of the account.
Design Engineer
Design Engineers are responsible for the design of complex network designs and proposals. Design Engineers work closely with the Business Development Team and Strategic Partners to design custom solutions and support the pre-sales efforts.
