We recently had our phone system hacked which is managed by a different company.  Chanter and Albie from MASS first brought this to my attention last week which potentially saved us a lot of money in call costs if gone unchecked.  I worked closely with Albie to keep on top of the issues.  The main purpose of this review is to let you know you how extremely impressed I am with the service I  received from the team at MASS and especially with Albie for going beyond the call of duty to help things along.  I have worked in IT for over 20 years now and I must say that this is the first time I have come across a Comms company who have gone out of their way to help and proactively looked after us.
