I have been working with Mass Communications for four years. As a whole the company stays hidden because their service just continues to work. In the past few months I have had to contact Customer Service for a few issues, not service related, and have had nothing short of a fantastic experience. Chanter has been especially helpful in getting things done for us. She is quick to respond to requests and extremely helpful in her answers. It is one Customer Service number I actually enjoy dialing.
