To be quite honest, I was blown away by the quality of service at Mass Communications. The day after I signed the contract, prior to conversion, I had a problem with our prior provider. Since I had already signed the contract with MASS I thought I would give them a call. The NOC Team Lead, Albie Sternberg was so helpful that he was actually helping me, cell to cell at 8:30 p.m. at home. I can't remember the last time a vendor called me after hours on my cell to follow up on a problem that wasn't even theirs to begin with. Just flat out, exceptional service!
