Thanks to Chris Chang and the MassComm team! We are a new client, and I have to say the service we received during the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy was terrific. What a change from our prior carrier. We lost power, email and voice communications due to the storm. Getting regular updates was welcome and appreciated, even if it was bad news. We are now fully restored, I received my final update Sunday afternoon, hope the MASSComm guys can get a well deserved rest soon!
