In the event of a trouble issue, concern or question, please contact the following MASS support number(s) for immediate attention:

If a problem raised is to be escalated, it is important that a ticket be opened and all information requested by your NOC Engineer be provided for their examination, and that all (reasonable) actions they have requested be undertaken.

MASS Communications requests 4 hours between escalation levels unless we miss our commitment on a return call or actions promised.

When contacting the Network Operations Center (NOC) using our contact number (212.201.8000), please provide the NOC Engineer with:

  • Name of the account
  • The address
  • The service type
  • Urgency level of the escalation

Please allow the representative a reasonable amount of time to resolve the issue. Whether or not the problem to be raised is to be escalated, it is important that a trouble ticket be opened and all information requested by your NOC Engineer be provided for their examination and that all reasonable actions they have requested be undertaken.
