How trouble tickets are handled

Customer opens a trouble ticket by sending an email to help@masscommgroup.com

  • MASS will open a trouble ticket for you
  • MASS will work the ticket for you
  • MASS will email you periodically with updates on your trouble ticket
  • MASS will email you to verify the issue has been resolved
