Albie Sternberg rated # 1 by Centennial Elevator! Our phones went down at about 2 Pm on 8-10-11, an occurrence that spells disaster for a business that relies heavily on the phones to communicate with its customers, sometimes having to rescue passengers from disabled elevators. This bad situation was compounded by the fact that Verizon workers were on strike. However, Albie Sternberg from MASSComm was on the case and kept me informed by phone and e mail throughout the ordeal. His knowledge and reassurance kept us going with four emergency phones until the crisis had passed. We are grateful to him and to the company that places customer service as a central element in its corporate culture for their excellent work during this crisis.
