A short time after we began our service with MASS we had a telephone service outage. The outage was due to a hardware problem in the street in front of our facility. As you know, we rely heavily on our phone service to conduct our business. To my relief, the repair process was handed very well and exceeded my expectations. Your engineers consistently worked with and pushed the local carrier until the issue was resolved and the faulty hardware was repaired. Throughout the outage period, I received regular updates from your engineers, which made me feel very comfortable and confident, that I had placed the responsibility of our telephone service in very capable hands.
